FAQs
Why does your selection change so often?
Downtown Cannabis is a government licensed store, and we order product available through provincial wholesale distribution.
The availability and selection of Cannabis products through BC can change due to various factors including a limited supply, new product launches and more.
It’s also a flowering plant which can grow to a limited yield. Therefore if a particular strain becomes high demand, then we have to wait for the next harvest.
Can I return my cannabis products?
According to principal regulation around Cannabis sales, all Cannabis purchases are considered final sales apart from damaged/defective (expired, moldy, or damaged in transit) or recalled product.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns at office@dtc0420.com
How much Cannabis am I allowed to carry?
Federal regulation stipulates that individuals can possess up to 30 grams of legal dried Cannabis, or it’s equivalent in other forms.
In addition, individuals are permitted to purchase up to 30g in a transaction, per day.
WHAT IS THE age requirement for entering the store or purchasing Cannabis?
In British Columbia, the minimum age required to purchase, possess, or consume Cannabis is 19. Customers must at least 19 years of age with 2 pieces of ID.
